[mapguide-users] SQL Server Provider vs. FDO Provider for a feature join...

I stand corrected (yet again)...

I don't see the datetime fields either in Studio with a SQL Server join.
I happened to be looking at a feature source that was still connected to
an Access join...

Sorry for any confusion I might have caused.

The fields aren't even showing up in Studio. I am puzzled by this as I
thought I'd established that DateTime fields were a problem, but
smallDateTime weren't. However, the SmallDateTime fields aren't showing
up either now, and I've not changed anything on the database side.

BTW, is your SQL database 2005? I'm running a 2000 version and I wonder
if some problems may be version related.

Maybe I replied too soon,

The 'field' is showing up in Studio, but if that field is included in
the search results, it doesn't display anything.

Maybe that's what you were indicating Keith?

On a similar note, SQL Server DateTime and SmalDateTime type fields
don't show up in Studio (although the tables do).
