Basically you can use "any" (I'vested 9.2, 10.1, 10.2 )
For start best is to try with Oracle XE which is free.

Than you need fdo provider for Oracle, on is Autodesk which is in
MapGuide Enterprise
or you can use King.Oracle provider which is free.
