[mapguide-users] failed: Permission denied (13)

Find the php.ini file and uncomment the save_path var. Make it something
like "C:\Program
Files\Autodesk\MapGuideEnterprise2007\WebServerExtensions\Php\SAVE" then
make sure IUSER has write access to that folder.
