I noticed a typo in my previous response...

The Site DLL version should be 7.0.0.1 (not 7.0.0.4).

Also, its create and modified dates should be March 29, 2007, 9:04:20PM.

Hmmm, I just tried again, and it works for me.  And I can't think of any
reason off hand that the DLL would work for the standard version but not
for the trial version. BTW this DLL does not reset the 60-day evaluation
period.

Please tell me the following:
What is the error message that you get?  
What is the version of Studio that you have?

Also, please verify that C:\Program
Files\Autodesk\MapGuideStudio2007\Autodesk.MapGuide.Studio.Site.dll is
version 7.0.0.4 via the file properties dialog.
