When you install MapGuide 1.1 on Windows, it comes with FDO, including most providers. Additional providers that have not yet been integrated into the distribution (such as King.Oracle and OGR) need to be downloaded from external locations.

Also, the Raster provider distributed with MapGuide 1.1 contains a bug and needs to be replaced
