Yes...I browse to the file and upload it.  The computer does load it as
it takes a minute or so to refresh the window but once the window
refreshes there is nothing in the "Data Location" box or the "Data files
in this resource:"box.

do you browse and sdf file, upload it and nothing happens? You should be
able to do it. In fact last WebStudio version deals with sdf and shp
feature data creation and it is as simple as browse - upload.
