[mapguide-users] GetArea and GetLength measurements

It's whatever units the input geometry is in.  No unit conversion is
done.

What measurement system does MgGeometricEntity::GetArea() and
MgGeometricEntity::GetLength() return? Square meters and meters
respectively? The documentation does not say.
