[mapguide-users] Changing properties of 50 layers

I made a ajax web based application to change this resources. So it's easy to
implement. The idea is set a .xml file with the changes, and upload the
resource with a loop, renaming the xml and uploading to their path.

For example, in a loop: ajaxUploadLayer.php?layer=layer1.xml&path=/Country1,
ajaxUploadLayer.php?layer=layer2.xml&path=/Country2,...

The rest, you can imagine...
