[mapguide-users] label encoding problem whit UTF-8(source fromPostGIS-PostgreSQL)

The OGR FDO provider does not, since it assumes ASCII during string
conversion. That can easily be fixed, but I don't know if OGR itself
will carry through UTF strings from PostGIS, so that needs some
research.

it that true that OGR don't suport UTF-8 encoding?
