Creation of the banner page needs to be done manually, outside Studio.
You can simply write the html in a text editor or use an HTML editor or
perhaps Dreamweaver if you have access to it. Than reference the HTML
file that you have created in your frame src.

I have found the layout for the  netviewersample and i can see how the
banner is inserted.

My next question is when and where do i create a similar file for my
project? Is this done manually or is it done for you when you create a
maplayout in studio?
