[mapguide-users] Set map boundaries

Hello again :)
 
I have interesting question. Is it possible to set boundaries on map? for example, I don't want that user can use pan and goe's "nowhere". Can I set boundaries somewhere? What can I do programaticly to solve this problem? Any suggestion?
