[mapguide-users] Error Message

Im trying to install mapguide open source 1.1 on server 2003.   I set the
default language to ASP.net 2.0.   I have loaded the SiteAdmin site ok.  But
when I try to test the mapagent with:

http://localhost/mapguide/mapviewerajax/ajaxviewer.aspx?WEBLAYOUT=Library://ATest.WebLayout


I get the wrong error message. I get :

Error in base64DecodeInvalid length for a Base-64 char array.

instead of

Resource was not found: Library://ATest.WebLayout


Does anyone know what could be causing this. I am guessing it has something
to do with the Server 2003 (windows). Please let me know. Thanks
