[mapguide-users] Localize function don't update correctly?

I've installed a clean 1.1.0 version and sometimes the span tag has no text
('Task' for example or units 'ft').

Try reload the IExplorer or Firefox until this error appear.

I thought this error was a problem if I modified the \localized\en file
(UTF-8).

OS: WinXPSP2 Spanish and Windows Server 2003 with IIS and php support.
Mapguide OS 1.1.0
