[Mapguide_users] Site Server usage for load balancing

Hard to tell if site servers will help at all without knowing what's in
your map.
You should also consider simplifying your layer styles, having less
layers visible, converting data to SDF files (which are faster than
other data sources), not using joins, converting all data to the same
coordinate system, etc.
