[mapguide-users] Force Refresh of Layers

Roughly:

for each map session
   for each layer referencing the modified feature source
      call MgLayer->ForceRefresh()
   refresh viewer for this map session (call mapframe.Refresh() from
script)

When some feature is inserted/updated dynamically in a feature 
source, what we have to do to programmatically force the refresh of 
all layers affected in all active map sessions ?
This in case of using DWF Viewer to view the maps. When using Ajax 
Viewer the refresh is done automatically.
