[mapguide-users] King Oracle Provider Version 0.5.1

Yes. I got a squeaky clean and new version of everything. No problems 
with layer setup or anything like that. However, when I go and try and 
view the map.... Everything just tanks. Oracle logs show that there is 
no spatial predicate on table
