[mapguide-users] Error in ResourceExists function (PHP)

I want to see if a resource exists. I found ResourceExists function in Web
API Reference ,but something is wrong.I get a error on the last line.

$userInfo = new MgUserInformation("Administrator", "admin");

$siteConnection = new MgSiteConnection();
$siteConnection->Open($userInfo);
$resourceService =
$siteConnection->CreateService(MgServiceType::ResourceService);

$resourceID = new MgResourceIdentifier("Library://rekyphp.LayerDefinition");

$exist = $resourceService->ResourceExists($resourceID);
