[mapguide-users] MapAgent.exe persists after browser close

[Rock Beans]

Make sure your using the FastCGI for the PHP and FCGI extentions within IIS.
This allows the php-cgi.exe and mapagent.exe to be run as a process vs. a
new instance per process.
