[mapguide-users] MapAgent.exe persists after browser close

I am sorry, I have no clue about Apache on Windows and how it handles the
FastCGI dll. I know on Linux this is not an issue. I do know however there
is some registry information that pertains to max servers and other settings
when used against IIS.
