[mapguide-users] build_oem.sh on Ubuntu 6.10

Hi I read the archives and in March someone was having troubles getting 
the build_oem.sh script to finish installing.  I never read a complete 
answer for that.  And I am having troubles in about the same spot.  Here 
is the end of the output of running ./build_oem.sh as root:

Can anyone point me in the direction I need to fix this?
