[mapguide-users] [Fwd: Mapguide error]

I'm new to this mailing list. So I apologize if this question has been 
posted before.
When trying to load new pages we keep getting this error message for 
every single data source it's trying to load:

*Autodesk MapGuide Server error : 524-18

Unable to retrieve data for layer "states". A connection to data source 
"mg6_shp_westbranch_base" could not be established. Failed to get the 
Shape Spatial Index Manager.*

We checked out all the configurations and couldn't see anything wrong. 
We looked in the help and on the Internet for information regarding the 
Shape Spatial Index Manager but couldn't find anything.

Any ideas?
