OK.

Now I'm using SDF (I've changed the readOnly property) and all is working, I
can add features to the source and lines apperas on the map with the right
style.

Thanks to everybody for the help!

Yes, I will add support for aggregate functions.

Not sure which version of provider you mean ( I believe I have never
released 0.4.0 but 0.4.3 0.4.4 )

Views are supported ( I suppose you added in sdo_metadata that view
also)
With latest version of provider you can define more in detail how FDO
class is generated from view using KingFdoClass
http://www.sl-king.com/fdooracle/KingFdoClass.htm

Hi,

We have made a connection using King Provider for Oracle (version 0.6.2) in
MapGuide Studio. The Feature Class looks OK, we can create a layer and add
it to a map without any errors. But we cannot see any geometry, either in
preview or in the viewer. We have tried both linear and polygon data. I have
also looked at the data using Fdo2Fdo and the SDO Metadata DIM INFO looks
OK. The coordinate system is *XY-M* (Arbitrary X-Y Coordinates (Meters)).
Can that be a problem?

Regards,
Per Soderstrom

Jason,

Fantastic idea. I sure wish they had Google Summer of Code when I was a
student. Regarding my comment about "better-informed designed decisions"
: The info I put in my ticket is everything I see (for now), but I
haven't dealt with the whole API. I will update the ticket as I run
across anything else which seems weird.

I thought on a button 'Add a Rule' next to button 'Theme...'

I am not that much in MG Studio but I suppose you will get the same

Joel,

The person taking this on would need to investigate this further, but I
think it would be possible to simply generate new "enhanced" and old
"crufty" Java wrappers. That might be the best solution to the
compatibility issue.

Hi All,

Just find out that, getmapimage is actually a little bit faster in
generating a initial map view than getmaptiled.
I am not sure whether I am right about this or not. but if it is true, can I
know why it is faster than maptiled?

Thanks

Regards,
Kencana
