[mapguide-users] GETMAP and GETMAPTILED

Hi all,

previously, i have posted a message regarding the GETMAPTILED and
GETMAPIMAGE.
i wanted to know why the GETMAP is faster (in the map loading) than
GETMAPTILED?
what is the difference?
and when you are getting the mapimage by using getmapimage function, there
will be no tooltip being displayed.
any idea which one gives better performance for the map loading (incl.
tooltip, label, etc.)
