That's bizarre.  I don't know if this is the problem, but in your
resource data file, there is a carriage return in the wrong place:

</gml:derivedCRSTy
pe>

Can you update your resource data file with a version that has this
fixed and see if it makes a difference?

I'm assuming that since you have the XML files, you know how to reload
them through the MapAgent html files.  If not, let me know and I'll post
some instructions.
