[mapguide-users] Cannot establish connection

hello, i'm new user for mapguide and i have problem with mapguide server
I hope that they could help me!!!
Cannot establish connection.
Cannot establish connection. Exception occurred in method MgServerConnection.Open at line 95 in file c:\build_tux_area\mgdev\common\service\services\ServerConnection.cpp 
 
php in mapguide site its OK
html in IIS its OK
 
Disculpen mi ingles, la verdad es que soy muy bueno con el. 
Tengo instalado Mapguide enterprise sobre IIS y php en Windows XP SP2. 
Funciono solamente al instalarlo y despues dejo de hacerlo, instale el SP1 y sigue dando el mismo error.
Con mapguide estudio SP1 me da también error de conexión al sitio, y supongo que por esta misma razon no puedo publicar desde Map 3D.
Espero que puedan ayudarme.
