[mapguide-users] All projections list in WebStudio?

Hi.
I need to add a S-JTSK projection support into MGOS. I know that the proj4 v4.5 has included this projection but in the all_projections.xml this projection isn't added.
What do I need to write there? I couldn't find the proper wkt and code used in proj4 (the page http://www.remotesensing.org/geotiff/proj_list/krovak.html is outdated, I think...).

And - what version of PROJ4 is included in MGOS (and where I can find the proj.dll in version 4.5 if it is less...)
