[mapguide-users] Resize CTRL +CLICK event Window

Take a look at ajaxmappane.templ and find the function called
ExecuteHyperlink(url).

It's hard-coded to open new windows at 500x800. Just change the numbers
here.

For a non-invasive approach (one that doesn't involve modifying templates),
just modify the target page to resize itself to your desired size via the
onload event.
