[mapguide-users] Image refresh

Hi. I m a newbie in this and need help. 
How can i put an image into a layer or into a map (eg- car.jpg or other
format), where the coordinates of this image i obtain it from mysql db. The
idea is, only this image refresh the position and not the entire WebLayout.
It is posibble? how?
