Subject: [mapguide-users] javascript permission denied problem

Hi all,

Currently I try to embed the map to a web portal's frame (which is hosted at
different server), what I am trying to do is to call the javascript function
i have created in the task frame. however, When I called the javascript
function, it gave me "Permission Denied" Error. I also have read about the
cross domain issue in javascript, but is there any solution for this? I mean
is that mean, the web portal must be hosted in the same server with the map
guide web server to make things work?

Hope you guys get what I am trying to explain.

Thank you

Regards,
Kencana Kesuma
