[mapguide-users] can any one explain how to use ApplyResourcePackage

I think Studio uses it to save a MgResourceTag for a WMS feature
source ( custom user & pass) The link to this in the APi docs is not
active, but i found it via google

the values are referenced here

Also, this example here references a txt file which i think may
contain the user & pass
information but there is no example on what this txt file contains
