[mapguide-users] Fusion vs Basic web layouts using Sheboygan samples report very different co-ordinates

No this is a Fusion only thing.  OL is reporting the correct location, 
some of the Fusion constants used to calculate the coordinates in other 
units are incorrect/inconsistent.  I'm actually in the process of 
changing that over to just use the OL MousePosition control.
