[mapguide-users] How do i load raster in MGOS 2?

Thank you for your on-going help - i now have the print outs from a working
tif file and one that doesn't show up:

NOT WORKING:

I can see an obvious difference in the amount of data - but i don't create
the files so what do i need to tell the person who does create them in order
to make them work?
