[mapguide-users] Install MGOS without Java

I would have to say from personal experience that Java is only needed if you
use the -withtomcat option when building. That is if you want to run JSP
pages but I prefer the PHP since MapAdmin required this anyway. One less
thing to worry about. On a side note I install with -port 80 so I can use
the default web post if available to you.
