[mapguide-users] Mapguide helper service

Real newbie here. I looked for some logs. Where are they? Also, is the helper service truly a service? I couldn't find anything in the services that looked like it related to mapguide other than the main mapguide service. Where is it and how do I restart it to get the website running again?

The osgeo download is the latest + the patch

is there anything in the mapguide error.log?
