[mapguide-users] Click and Get Lat Long > save it

Hai.. i need ur opinion and method
My situation
------------
any idea when i click on (road.shp or road.sdf) i get lat and long
coordinate x and y .. then automatically save it  to latlong.txt or others
database.
Any free software (OSS), program, method to i do that?
