Yesterday I installed MapGuide Open Source 2.0.0 RC3 on my development
machine, Windows XP Professional sp2, following the instructions 
http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/InstallSideBySide1.2and2.0IIS for a side
by side install with MGOS 1.2 on IIS. 

I have the same issue as described above by Jim O'Leary.

Anyone with an idea as how to solve this issue?
