if you can, i would recommend upgrading to at least mapguide 1.20
Kepp in mind you can only access single layers via WMS with mapguide,
not maps unfortunately.
Fusion provides access to Mapguide maps in a WMS style,
or there is a support for native support for Mapguide being added to
openlayers 2.6
