[mapguide-users] MGOS2 handle .ecw

It's simple:

Download the file in:
http://home.gdal.org/dl/gdal14_vc8/ecw_plugin_gdal14_vc8.zip

The final location for the ECW files should look something like this:

 Server/Bin/Fdo/libecwj2.dll
 Server/Bin/gdalplugins/gdal_ECW.dll

That's all!
