[mapguide-users] Loading Raster Images

The Autodesk.Raster provider does not come with the Open Source version.

For the open source version, use the OSGeo.Gdal provider. Go New -> Data
Connection -> Choose OSGeo.Gdal -> Specify the connection parameters, and
save the feature source.
