[mapguide-users] Preventing tile cache deletion

I don't think there is, but we need that option, tile caches are sacred things!

something like a preserve option on the mapdefinition resource headers
and / or being able to lock down a mapdefinition and all its related
layers ie readonly

restoring a tilecache can take a while, as a workaround you can
temporaily rename it
and it won't be deleted

this bug is related  - Updating a database feature source clears the tile cache
