window.top.Fusion.getWidgetById('Map').redraw() can refresh the map ,but the
Legend Pane doesn't be refreshed.
window.top.Fusion.getWidgetById('Map').reloadMap() can refresh both map and
legend panel,but it's too slow:(
another method:
parent.document.getElementById('Map').widget.aMaps[0].redraw();
reference C:\Program
Files\MapGuideOpenSource2.0\WebServerExtensions\www\fusion\MapGuide\MapGuideViewerApi.js
