[mapguide-users] Newbie: Where to start?

I want to start programming with MapGuide Open Source 2.0.0. I would
appreciate any help about where to find tutorials, manuals or books. I have
the system working with the examples in PHP, but I don't understand very
well the framework. Thank you!
