[mapguide-users] V1.2 libfcgi.dll was not found

Hello,
Another newbie here. I am trying to follow the trail left by a former
coworker who had everything configured &working in a different location.  I
attempt to connect using Studio 2008 but get a cannot connect to specified
Site URL error. When I run the mapagent  from my browser I get a message
saying "This application has failed to start because libfcgi.dll was not
found". It suggests reinstalling the program. Any suggestions before I try
reinstalling?
