[mapguide-users] Installing Mapguide 6.5 on Vista

[Rock Beans]

Being that this is meant for a server based OS and out-dated it is not
supported. It runs great on Windows 2000 and 2003 server if needed.
IIS is limited on VIsta and XP as well. This might be another reason
to not go this route.
