[mapguide-users] New King.Oracle 0.8 - improved performance

- I have been using OracleSchema and it was set to the same as the username
- Previously I was using 0.7.4.
  Unfortunately this didn't work. Then I was getting the error:
  ORA-29900: operator binding does not exist ORA-06553: PLS-306: wrong
number or types of arguments in call to 'SDO_FILTER'

This I understand to be down to the fact that SDO_FILTER requires 3
arguments in 9i where-as the third one is optional in 10g. I was hoping
0.8.x might solve this.
