[mapguide-users] New King.Oracle 0.8 - improved performance

I went back to the "standard" 10.2.0.1 instantclient. Again 8.2 appears to
work fine with this client as it did with the ??? you supplied in the .rar
some time back. V8.4 did not even render in Layer Preview just sat there and
"spun".
