You can walk your point records in the order they were retrieved and write them into a line string and write that into an SDF using the various Geometry API, grouping by vehicle of course.

I am working on a vehicle tracking application and I think displaying the points will be very straightforward. However, I want to convert these points to lines or routes.    Any idea on how to accomplish this?
