[mapguide-users] MGOS2.0.2 bundled installation won't support php on IIS6

Hello Kenneth,

I forgot to mention, when I change the IP address in the serverconfig.ini
and webconfig.ini files back to 127.0.0.1 and restart the MapGuide Server
service I'm able to login to Site Administrator. So, it appears my problem
is how to change the ip address of MapGuide Server.
