[mapguide-users] Scale rendering and layers missing with tile cahe.

I am looking for some direction,  I am producing a map for selected features
(a map for each and reiterating through) - I was able - prior to moving to a
tile cache (base layers) - to produce the map with the following built url:

-although it would only show the layers that were turned on in the map
definition


now I think I am getting the tile cache at the smallest scale when rendering
the map - blank due to the scale display setting of the layer

Is there anyway to render the map for a specific scale so that the layers
defined to display at that scale are included - with the nuances of using
base layers (tile caching)?
