[mapguide-users] Mapguide Installation

Hi ,
Iam New to the MapguideOpensource 2.0.
Is any License  required for developing Gis application(web) in Mapguide?
I have downloaded 
 
 MgServerSetup-2.0.1.2716.exe
 MgWebServerExtensionsSetup-2.0.1.2716.exe from 
http://mapguide.osgeo.org/download/releases/2.0.2
but i didnt get the complete installation procedure for using Mapguide
If anybody know about the installation Procedure plz help me .
